Whether you love your purchase or not, your feedback helps our company and our products grow.  For a limited time only, we are offering our customers a 25% discount off one item in a future purchase if they take a moment to provide us with substantive feedback about their experience with our product. 

To receive this discount, please send an email to sales@meristemfarms.com indicating one item you bought and describing your experience, including any flavor or taste notes and how you felt after partaking, and any suggestions you may have for improvement.  For each item you review, either positively or negatively, we will send you a one-time discount code for 25% off one item in your next purchase.  Review multiple products, get multiple discounts!  Limit one discount code per item reviewed; reviews may be published anonymously as testimonials on our website; feedback must be substantive to be eligible for discount (i.e., just hearing "I love it" or "this sucks" isn't particularly helpful).

Eligibility of a review for discount is at the sole discretion of management. 

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final, but if your purchase arrives damaged or unusable, we will gladly replace it.  Free return shipping will be provided.

To be eligible for replacement, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging, and with a copy of your receipt, within 5 days of receiving your order.  The replacement (of the same item) will be sent to the shipping address on file within 5 business days following our receipt of the return.  If the same item is no longer available, we will offer you the option of receiving either an equally priced alternative item or a full refund.

Refunds are available only for damaged or unusable product that is no longer available for replacement. 

Late or missing refunds
Depending on the form of payment, refunds may take up to 7-14 days or 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your bank or credit card statement.  If you feel your refund is late or missing, please contact us at sales@meristemfarms.com.
